Product Description

Applications of Pusher Kiln: Suitable for the low loss rate once firing or twice firing process of cathode material of lithium batteries.

Features of Pusher Kiln: Use of advanced insulation materials, highly energy efficient, unique furnace chamber and atmospheric field design, uniform temperature control and stability. The oxygen content is more than 10ppm.

1. Max Temperature: 800deg. C, Temperature Range: RT~750deg. C,
2. Dimension of the Furnace Entrance(from push board surface to the furnace roof): 700× 230mm.
3. Pusher: Full automatic circle line hydraulic pusher (max working pressure: 7 Mpa).
4. Circular Line: Single board full roller table structure (clock wise direction).
5. Main Pushing Speed: 300mm~1000mm/min.
6. Typical Process Period: 20min.
7. Heating Element: Ceramic tube with high temperature resistant heating wire through inside.
8. Atmosphere: Nitrogen(99.999%).
