Application:
It is specially developed for high temperature and complex atmosphere process requirements as all-in-one push kiln for debinding and sintering It is mainly used in the sintering process of alumina substrate HTCC SMD and other ceramic materials under nitrogen+hydrogen(dry/wet) atmosphere.
Features:
1.The debindingzone adopts stainless steel muffle tube,unique exhaust structure and with incineration system to realize zero emission.
2.Nitrogen,hydrogen and its humidification atmosphere can be introduceddryand wet gas switching independent temperature control of debinding and sintering humidification boxand another set of humidification box to ensure the continuous and reliable use of equipment atmosphere.
3.The platform zone adopts rod rollers for fully automatic conveyingthe circulating line adopts with a fast transmission carwhich can be shared by two kilns.
