Atmosphere Annealing Furnace for Solar Cells
Application of Belt Furnace: For high temperature firing and heat treatment of products such as Hybrid IC, chip-R, terminals of surface mount components, LTCC, stainless steel cartridge heater, PV thin-film cell, etc.

Features of Belt Furnace: FEC ceramic fiber heaters, fast thermal response, uniform temperature control, efficient use of energy, eco-friendly, and complete product series.

Operating Temperature of Belt Furnace: 200-1050 deg. C.

Options: Temperature profiling system, computer monitoring system, ultrasonic belt cleaning system, etc.
