Gas inlet pipe:
  1. 11 channels of  nitrogen are introduced and controlled by rotameter. The measuring range of each channel is 24~240L/min
2. 1 channels of  air are introduced and controlled by mass flow meter (MFC). The measuring range is 0~500mL/min.
3. The auxiliary exhaust compressed air is 4 channels, controlled by float flowmeter, with a range of 12-120L/min. The actual pumping pressure is displayed by the differential pressure gauge
