Product Description

Application : Vacuum reflow furnaces are mainly used in SMT production lines, such as surface assembly technology and surface mount technology in the electronic assembly industry, and are used in major fields such as communications, computers and peripherals, consumer electronics, IC packaging, industry / medical treatment, automotive electronics and aerospace.
It is mainly used for vacuum welding of lead tin, tin silver copper and other welding objects with shell and connector, shell and substrate, surface mounted components. Realize the welding of low void rate and air tightness of solder in the welding process, so that the welding quality can meet the requirements of high reliability and high thermal conductivity.
