Copper Foil Pre Oxidation Furnace 

Application	Realizing the pre oxidation treatment of oxygen free copper foil, reasonable atmosphere layout,  uniform oxidation of copper foil,  controllable oxidation weight gain, and high oxidation consistency is an important process in DBC production.
