Product Description

  1. Model HSA1509-0507ZNH belt type brazing furnace
  2. Technical Specification:
It is main used for brazing heating process for power modul in N2+H2 protective atmosphere.
  1. Rated Temperature Range: 600ºC, Max. Temperature: 700ºC
  2. The effective height:90mm

         Belt material: SUS310S
  1. Chamber: 6mm thick SUS316 muffle tube structure.
  2. Max. load on the belt: 50kg/m2(exclude the belt weight)
  3. Drive system: big wrap angle friction drive
  4. Belt speed: 50~300mm/min, stepless speed  regulation control with frequency conversion. Typical work speed is 160-180mm/min

  1. Atmosphere control system design
There are 8 atmosphere pipes: 5 nitrogen flowmeters, the flowmeter range is 12~120L/min, 3 hydrogen flowmeters, the flowmeter range is 12~120L/min. Please see the Figure 2 and table 2 for detailed gas layout.

The actual gas flow of each pipe can be displayed by flowmeters.
 
  1. The design of temperature control system
      1. Temperature measuring: use K type thermocouple independent measuring and control on the temperature control point of each zone.
      2. Temperature control: use of Shimaden Intelligent temperature controller to control, with PID parameter auto tuning, high temperature upper limit alarm, thermocouple failure and other protective alarm functions
      3. Heating Control System: for the heating control, grouped supply the electricity by 3 alternating current contactors to reduce the instantaneous current impact to the electric fence caused by the equipment.
      4. Control mode: solid state relay zero cross trigger mode.
      5. Over Temperature Alarm: when over temperature occurred in some zones, over temperature alarm system in corresponding zones immediately send audible and visual alarm signal and meanwhile the heating of this zone is cut off, the buzzer sounds alarm.
  2. Drive system design
      1. Drive Control uses the servo system to control the speed by gear box. The speed is adjustable continually.
      2. Belt conveyor device: to drive the driving and drived wheel through chain and sprocket wheel, and then generate the friction force by driving wheel and the belt drive the belt running. There is a belt deviation guide device on the both sides at the entrance and exit.
