9. Typical process of perovskite products:
The conveyor belt conveys the product to the heating chamber, the door of the heating chamber is closed, the vacuum pumping is started, and the heating is started at the same time. After heating to 160 ºC for 10-15 minutes, stop heating and move the product to the outside of the heating chamber. Then enter the insulation chamber, and the temperature of the insulation cooling area is 80-100 ºC, which is mainly to prevent the battery from being directly exposed to the air for rapid cooling and cracking. After slow cooling, the product is discharged.
