Temperature measuring Using K type thermocouple in drying section. use N type thermocouple independent measuring and control on the temperature control point of high temperature zones in firing section
Control Meter use of Intelligent temperature controller to control, with PID parameter auto tuning, high temperature upper limit alarm, thermocouple failure and other protective alarm functions
Heating control The heating part is powered by multiple AC contacts in groups to reduce the transient current impact of the equipment on the grid.
Control Mode Phase shifting power + solid state relay over zero trigger method
Over Temperature when over temperature occurred in some zones, over temperature alarm system in corresponding zones immediately send audible and visual alarm signal and meanwhile the heating of all zones are cut off, the buzzer sounds alarm
Computer Control System Use DCS control system, intelligent temperature controller control , industrial computer monitor, industrial computer(windows 10) can carry out multiple programs saving, real-time temperature and alarm record, data saving and printing and other functions. It also can provide the temperature calibration function in the chamber for adjusting process requirement
If the furnace is not in working condition, it will be in holding condition. The holding temperature is manually down-transmitted and automatically down-transmitted at regular intervals with selected process parameters for temperature rise.
