Applications of Sintering Furnace: This furnace is designed for high temperature treatment of electronic material and device in N2 atmosphere.

Oxygen Content Test Point: Four points (Nitrogen source, heating up zone, free cooling zone and cooling zone) are connected in parallel to oxygen analyzer. Testing switcher point can be chosen through magnetic valve. The oxygen content in the chamber can be real time detected and the gas inflow is easy to adjust & choose.
