  4. This furnace is designed for dry curing and high temperature firing of copper paste chip electronic component (75*50*1mm), laminated capacitance etc.

Temperature test description: adjust the belt speed to required speed, put two thermocouples on the belt according to the below picture (ceramic substrate under the probe of each thermocouple), and then put ten rows of ceramic substrate before the thermocouples, use temperature test software record the temperature every second when the thermocouples enter into the furnace.
    Requirement: temperature uniformity: ±2ºC (temperature difference of two thermocouples at the same time, temperature difference not exceeding 4ºC)

The oxygen content in the chamber can be real time detected and the gas inflow is easy to adjust & choose. An additional test pipe reserved for external oxygen analyzer.

  60. There are 14 atmosphere pipes: The measuring range of 9 nitrogen flowmeters is 0~600SCFH (zone 1~5: nitrogen mixed with compressed air according to process requirements, adjust oxygen content of heating up zone, the measuring range of each compressed air: 0~200CCM), 5 venturi exhaust compressed air. Please see the Figure2 and table 2 for detailed gas layout.

    9 nitrogen pipes, the actual gas flow of each pipe can be displayed by flowmeters. The actual pumping pressure is displayed by mechanical differential pressure gauge in all the five pumping pipelines, and the data of pumping pressure can be stored at the same time.
  61. The Design of Temperature Control System
      1. Temperature Measuring: use K type thermocouple independent measuring and control on the temperature control/test point
      2. Control component: use imported temperature modular control, with high temperature upper limit alarm, low temperature lower limit alarm, thermocouple failure and other protective alarm functions.
      3. Control Mode: phase-shifting power regulation
      4. Over Temperature Alarm: when over temperature occurred in some zones, over temperature alarm system in corresponding zones immediately send audible and visual alarm signal and meanwhile the heating is cut off, the buzzer sounds alarm
  62. Drive System Design
      1. Drive Control uses servo drivers drive servo motor to control the speed by gear box. The speed is adjustable continually
      2. Belt conveyor device: to drive the driving and driven wheel through chain and sprocket wheel, and then generate the friction force by driving wheel and the belt drive the belt running. There is a belt deviation guide device on the both sides at the entrance and exit.

      1. Use DCS control system, PLC + modular control system as lower computer and industrial computer monitor
      2. Friendly man-machine interface
      3. Industrial computer can carry out multiple programs saving, real-time temperature and alarm record, data saving and printing and other functions.
