Product Description

Application of Box Oven: For welding and drying of semiconductor and precision components in N2 atmosphere, binder burn out in the fabrication of ceramic products, curing of organic materials, and specialty drying processes.

Features of Box Oven: Hot-air circulation, parallel flow, high heat exchange efficiency, uniform temperature control, and efficient use of energy.

Temperature Range of Box Oven: RT-150/350/550/750 deg. C.

Options: Programmable temperature control, rapid cooling system, temperature profile recording system, computer monitoring system, ultra-clean design, and protective atmosphere system.
