  • Main Application:
This furnace is designed for thick film products firing, such as Hybrid IC, chip-R, SMD components terminal, LTCC, Stainless steel heater, PV thin film cell and other similar products.

The furnace is divided into four major sections: furnace body, Atmosphere control system, temperature control system and drive system.

3.2Atmosphere Control System Design
There are 7 atmosphere pipes: The air flowmeter in entrance and exit curtain is 48 to 480 l/min, the range of the venturi exhaust flowmeter is 10 ~ 95L / min ,others is 24~240L/min. Please see the Figure2 and table 2 for detailed gas layout.

3.3  The Design of Temperature Control System
  1. Temperature Measuring: use K type thermocouple independent measuring and control on the temperature control point of each zone.   
  2. Temperature Control: use imported temperature controller, with high temperature upper limit alarm and low limit alarm, thermocouple failure and other protective alarm functions.
  3. Control Mode:Solid State relay zero cross trigger mode.
  4. Over Temperature Alarm: when over temperature occurred in some zones, over temperature alarm system in corresponding zones immediately send audible and visual alarm signal and meanwhile the heating of this zone is cut off, the buzzer sounds alarm.

3.4 Drive System Design
3.4.1 Drive Control uses the serve motor to control the speed by gear box. The speed is adjustable continually.
3.4.2 Belt conveyor device: to drive the driving and driven wheel through chain and sprocket wheel, and then generate the friction force by driving wheel and the belt drive the belt running. There is a belt deviation guide device on the both sides at the entrance and exit.
3.5 Computer System
3.5.1  Use DCS(Distributed Control System) control system,Single-loop intelligent instrument controlling and industrial PC monitoring
3.5.2  Friendly interface,
3.5.3  Multiple program storage, easy for editing and reusing
3.5.4  Real-time display of furnace temperature, gas flow and servo alarm condition. Data can be stored and printed out
3.5.5  Computer control system with automatic heating function, when the monitor is turned on, the temperature raised at the set temperature gradually, effectively extending the service life of the muffle.
